With our wide range of expertise in metal stampings, CNC Machining, Production Welding, Tool and Die, Assembly, Testing and Inspection; Ross Design™ is able to handle projects from prototyping to full scale production volumes. Ross Design™ has an extensive history in the manufacture of Material Handling components, and currently supply’s the global industry top of the line Casters and Material Handling Forks.

Our cross-department Quality Management System, modeled after the exacting standards of the automotive industry, is driven by an employee team committed to continuous improvement. Daily quality meetings with all Ross personnel are held by Department Leaders at the beginning and end of each shift. Department Leaders also participate in daily company-wide Quality meetings to participate in improvement activities.
